Plain-language summary. Use Resumerush to build your own résumé. Don't abuse it or break the law. Your content is yours; you give us permission to process it to provide the Service. The Service is provided "as is."
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Resumerush ("Resumerush", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Resumerush website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Resumerush helps you create a résumé by collecting your answers to a survey and using AI to generate and format résumé content. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service over time.
You retain ownership of the information and résumé content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant Resumerush a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending it to our AI provider to generate your résumé. You're responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

The Service uses AI to draft and refine résumé content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and may not suit every situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any résumé before you use or submit it. Resumerush does not guarantee any particular outcome, such as interviews or employment.
The Service relies on third parties (for example, Google for sign-in and AI, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting). We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding Your Content) — is owned by Resumerush and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumerush will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Resumerush harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you've granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Resumerush is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
